The Holt Society : a non-political group founded in 1965 with the aim of preserving the architectural heritage and Georgian character of the North Norfolk town of Holt. There is a full programme of events throughout the year.
The Chartered Institute of Journalists : the senior professional association for journalists in the UK, and the oldest in the world, with its first Charter awarded by Queen Victoria. Every area of journalism is represented. The Institute's charities have assets totaling more than £3 million and have provided financial assistance to members and their families for more than 123 years. Recently introduced are a series of awards for young journalists.
The Society of Authors : is a UK trade union for professional writers, illustrators and literary translators, founded in 1884 to protect the rights and further interests of authors.
The Royal Society of Arts : to see a world where everyone can fulfil their potential and contribute to more resillient, rebalanced and regenerative futures.
The RAF Historical Society : a charity with a mission to further the understanding of the role and history of the Royal Air Force.
RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) : a charity that leads the safety agenda, shapes government policy, raises industry standards, and drives behavioural change across all areas of life - work, road, home, and leisure, to make accidents preventable, creating a safer society for everyone.
