The Holt Society : a non-political group founded in 1965 with the aim of preserving the architectural heritage and Georgian character of the North Norfolk town of Holt. There is a full programme of events throughout the year.
The Chartered Institute of Journalists : the senior professional association for journalists in the UK, and the oldest in the world. Every area of journalism is represented. The Institute's charities have assets totaling more than £3 million and have provided financial assistance to members and their families for more than 123 years. Recently introduced are a series of awards for young journalists.
The Society of Authors : is a UK trade union for professional writers, illustrators and literary translators, founded in 1884 to protect the rights and further interests of authors.
The Royal Society of Arts : to see a world where everyone can fulfil their potential and contribute to more resillient, rebalanced and regenerative futures.
The RAF Historical Society : a charity with a mission to further the understanding of the role and history of the Royal Air Force.
RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) : a charity that leads the safety agenda, shapes government policy, raises industry standards, and drives behavioural change across all areas of life - work, road, home, and leisure, to make accidents preventable, creating a safer society for everyone.
